Return, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At The Carat Creations, we are committed to offering you a smooth, secure, and transparent shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a “No Questions Asked Money Back Policy” to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Return Period

You may return your product within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery if it does not meet your expectations. No questions asked.

2. Return Eligibility (Domestic Orders – India)

  • Refund Amount: 90% of the product cost (excluding shipping/handling charges) if returned within 7 days.
  • Return Conditions: Original packaging, bill, product certificate, tags, and unused, undamaged, unaltered condition required.
  • Deductions: ₹2500 or ₹1000 per carat (whichever is higher) if original invoice or certificate is lost.
  • Non-returnable Items: Loose diamonds, gift vouchers/cards, customized or engraved jewelry, diamond nose pins, colored gemstones.

Note: If a discount or gift was part of your order, its value will be deducted unless returned.

4. Return Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders:
  • Free return pickups via our logistics partner.
  • Reimbursement of courier charges only if product passes Quality Check (QC).
  • If QC fails, courier cost is borne by customer.
International Orders:
  • No returns or exchanges, except for damaged/defective products reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Missing documents: Deduction of ₹2500 or ₹1000 per carat (whichever is higher).

5. Return Procedure

  • Login to thecaratcreations.com
  • Go to "Order History" under "My Account"
  • Select item(s) and follow instructions
  • Email notification will confirm your return request

6. Packaging Guidelines

  • A return packaging kit will be provided.
  • Use original packaging inside tamper-proof packet from us.
  • Record a packing video and send via WhatsApp to +91 9540633666 with order number.

Important: Once sealed, tamper-proof packet must not be reopened.

7. Product Return & Refund Guidelines

  • Requirements: Original packaging, invoice, certificate, and tags.
  • Refund Conditions: Product must be unused, unaltered, and pass QC.
  • Processing Time: Within 10 business days after QC.
  • Refund Mode: Only to original payment method.
  • Damaged Items: Not eligible for refund. Repair may be offered.
  • Incomplete Returns: Not eligible for refund.

Note: Please ensure your bank details and address are accurate. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.

8. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

  • Eligibility: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not dispatched.

  • Refund: Full refund processed to original payment method within 10 business days.

Dispatched Orders: Cannot be cancelled but can be returned per return policy.

Exceptions: Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are not cancellable after confirmation.
