RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
At The Carat Creations, we are committed to offering you a smooth, secure, and transparent shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a “No Questions Asked Money Back Policy” to ensure your peace of mind.
- Return Period
You may return your product within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery if it does not meet your expectations. No questions asked.
- Return Eligibility (Domestic Orders - India)
- Refund Amount : You are eligible for a 90% refund of the product cost (excluding shipping and handling charges) if the product is returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Conditions : Return the product in its original packaging, with the original bill and product certificate (if applicable), all tags, pouches, and accessories etc. Product must be unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Deductions for Missing Documentation : If the original product certificate or invoice is lost, a deduction of ₹2500 or ₹1000 per carat, whichever is higher, will be applied.
- Non-Returnable Items : The following items are non-returnable: Loose Diamonds, Gift vouchers/ cards (including digital), Customized/ Personalized ornaments, Diamond nose pins, Colored gemstones
Note: - If your purchase included a discount or gift, the equivalent value will be deducted from your refund unless the gift is also returned.

- Return Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders
- Return pickups will be arranged free of charge by The Carat Creations through our designated logistics partner.
- If a courier pickup service is unavailable and the customer opts for an insured courier, the return shipping charges will be reimbursed only if the product passes the Quality Check (QC).
- If the product fails the QC, the customer will bear the courier charges and must file a claim directly with their courier service for Compensation.
International Orders
- Returns and exchanges are not permitted for international orders.
- Exception: In the event of a damaged or defective product, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- A deduction of ₹2500 or ₹1000 per carat (whichever is higher) will be applied if any required documentation (invoice or certificate) is missing.
- Return Procedure
- Log in to your account on The Carat Creations website thecaratcreations.com
- Go to the "Order History" section under "My Account."
- Select the items you wish to return and follow on-screen instructions.
- You will receive an email notification once your return request has been processed.
- Packaging Guidelines
- A Return Packaging Kit will be provided to help you securely pack the item.
- Place the product in its original packaging and seal it within the tamper-proof packet supplied by The Carat Creations.
- Record a video while packing the item and share it via WhatsApp along with your order number to +91 9540633666. This video is required for product condition verification before return processing.
Note: Once sealed, the tamper-proof packet must not be reopened.
- Product Return & Refund Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and efficient return and refund process, please adhere to the following conditions:
Product Return Requirements
- Packaging: The product must be securely packed in its original packaging.
- Documentation: The return must include the original invoice, product certificate (if applicable), and all tags. Returns that do not meet these documentation requirements will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
- Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for return requests initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Condition of Return: The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. The return must be accompanied by the original invoice, product certificate (if applicable), and all tags.
- Quality Check: Upon receipt, the returned product will undergo a Quality Check (QC). Refunds will only be initiated if the product successfully passes QC.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of receipt at our facility. Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Requests for refunds to alternate bank accounts will not be entertained. You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated.
- Damaged Products: Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for refunds. However, repair services may be offered upon request.
- Incomplete or Non-Compliant Returns: Returns that are missing the necessary documentation or do not pass the Quality Check (QC) will not be eligible for a refund.
Important: Please ensure that your bank details and address are accurate. The Carat Creations is not liable for refund delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
