1. Product Availability

All product purchases are subject to availability. While we strive to keep our inventory accurate and up to date, high demand, production schedules, or system updates may occasionally affect availability.

• If a product becomes permanently unavailable after your order is confirmed and paid for, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund within 30 days.
• If a product is temporarily out of stock, we may dispatch the available items first and ship the remaining items once back in stock, at no extra shipping cost.
• If a comparable alternative of equal or higher value is available, we may offer it to you. You may accept the same. If declined, a full refund will be issued for the unavailable item.

2. Post-Order Stock Unavailability

On rare occasions, a product may become unavailable after: You have added it to your cart and submitted an order, even after receiving an Order Confirmation, or A Shipping Confirmation has been sent due to fulfillment errors or unexpected stock issues.

In such cases:

• We reserve the right to cancel the affected portion of the order. You will be notified and offered a full refund or a suitable alternative based on your preference.
• If an item appears out of stock on our Website, feel free to contact our customer support for restock timelines or similar product suggestions.

3. Pricing Accuracy & Error Handling

We take great care in displaying accurate pricing and product information on our website. However, occasional errors, such as incorrect prices, weights, or specifications, may occur due to typographical mistakes or system glitches.

• If an error is identified then we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, specifications, or product details at any time, including even after an order has been placed or confirmed.
• If a product was listed at an incorrect lower price, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected price, or cancel the order and issue a full refund if already paid.
• If the product has already been shipped at the incorrect lower price, we may request a return of the product, or request payment of the price difference to match the correct value.
• We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain transparency and fairness.

4. Price Modifications & Taxes

• Price Changes: Product prices, availability, and delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice, following market trends, raw material costs, and operational factors. Any such changes will be reflected at the time of purchase on our website.
• Currency & Taxes: All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) by default and can be viewed in local currencies depending on your region. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated during checkout. In the event of an error in tax estimation, we will notify you before dispatch. The customer is responsible for the final payable amount; however, you may choose to cancel the order if you do not wish to proceed under the revised total.
• International Orders: For international orders, import duties and local taxes may apply as per the destination country laws. These are not included in our listed prices and must be paid by the customer at the destination country in accordance with local laws.

8. Gemstone and Diamond Specifications

All gemstone and diamond specifications comply with globally accepted industry tolerances. In compliance with industry standards, carat weights in all purchases may vary by 0.05 carats from the stated weight. For gemstone and pearl measurements, a tolerance of 0.25mm is acceptable. For diamond jewelry with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight. Color and clarity grades are presented as minimum or average values, depending on the number of diamonds included in the piece.
