Lifetime Exchange and Buyback Policy

1. Lifetime Exchange Policy

• Exchange Calculations: We offer a 90% exchange value on all jewellery purchases. You can exchange your original piece at any time and receive 90% of the invoice value as credit toward a new selection. This ensures you retain substantial value when upgrading or changing your jewellery over time. This policy is designed to give you lasting value and complete flexibility as your style and preferences evolve.
• No Cash Refund: This policy is exclusively applicable to product exchanges. Cash refunds are not permitted under the exchange scheme.
• Annual Logistics Fee: A standard logistics charge of ₹2500 will be deducted from the exchange value to cover shipping and handling costs.
• Eligibility: This policy applies only to orders placed within India. International exchanges are currently not supported.
• Quality Check (QC): All exchanged products will undergo a comprehensive quality inspection. Items must be in original, unused, and unaltered condition—free from resizing, damage, or visible signs of wear. If the product does not meet our quality standards, the exchange request will be declined.
• Required Documentation: Original product, Original invoice, Product certificate (if applicable), Valid government-issued photo ID of the person requesting the exchange.

2. Lifetime Buyback Policy

• Refund Calculation: You will receive 100% of the current market value of any metal (such as gold) used in the jewellery. You will receive 80% of the current market value of the lab-grown diamonds set in the jewellery.
• Deductions: Any discounts applied at the time of purchase will be subtracted from the value of the lab-grown diamonds. Taxes, delivery charges, and any other fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable. ₹2500 annual logistics fee will be deducted from the buyback amount.
• Refund Method & Timeline: Refunds will be processed via NEFT or RTGS, issued only to the Original Purchaser i.e., person or entity listed on the original invoice. The refund will be completed within 21 business days from the receipt of the product at our registered office.
• Eligibility: This policy applies only to orders placed within India. International buybacks are currently not supported.
• Quality Check (QC): All buyback products will undergo a comprehensive quality inspection. If the product does not meet our quality standards, the buyback request will be declined.
• Required Documentation: Original product, Original invoice, Product certificate (if applicable), Valid government-issued photo ID of the person requesting the buyback.

3. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange/Buyback

Customized jewellery, loose diamonds, nose pins, coloured gemstones, and items purchased with discounts, offers, or promotions are ineligible for buyback or exchange.

4. Packaging & Shipping Instructions

• Packaging for Return/Exchange: To protect your jewellery during return or exchange, it must be securely packaged. We recommend using bubble wrap or padded materials. For a smoother process, please use our designated shipping partners.
• Product Condition: Items must be in their original, unaltered condition—free from resizing, damage, or signs of wear.
• You must also record a packing video of the product and share it along with your order number via WhatsApp to +91 95406 33666. This step is mandatory to verify product condition before acceptance.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange or Buyback Request

• Email: Send an email to [email protected] to initiate a lifetime exchange or buyback request. Provide details of the product, including the order number and your preferred action.
• Call: Reach our customer support team at +91 9540633666 for confirmation of your request and to ensure the product meets the return criteria.
• Prepare the Product: Securely package the original product, including all required documentation: such as Original invoice, Product certificate (if applicable). For exchange or buyback, please provide a valid government-issued photo ID and share a packing video (with order number) via WhatsApp at +91 9540633666 to verify product condition.
• Shipping: After confirmation, ship the product to our designated location using our approved shipping partners to ensure safe and tracked delivery.
• Quality Check (QC): Upon receipt, your product will undergo a thorough Quality Check. If it passes, we will proceed with either the exchange or buyback process as per your request.
• Refund/Exchange Processing:
  • For exchanges: You will receive 90% of the invoice value as credit toward a new selection.
  • For buybacks: Refunds will be processed via NEFT or RTGS within 21 business days.
