At Carat Creation, we proudly offer complimentary FedEx 2Day® shipping for all orders delivered within the United States. A signature is required upon delivery for all items. Each piece is either In-Stock or Made-to-Order. To find the Estimated Shipping Date, please refer to the product details page after configuring your jewelry. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped free of charge via FedEx 2Day®. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout. See the details below.

In-Stock Items:

• Our popular in-stock items typically ship within one (1) to four (4) business days.
• Once ready, your order will be dispatched via FedEx 2Day® (U.S. addresses) or FedEx International Economy (2-5 days for international addresses) at no cost to you.
• For expedited delivery within the U.S., choose FedEx Priority Overnight® at an additional charge. NOTE: Order processing may still take up to two (2) business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number once your order ships.

Made-to-Order Items:

• Many of our items are made-to-order and require approximately two (2) weeks for creation before shipping.
• An estimated shipping date will be provided. You can find this date on the product page, in your shopping bag, at checkout, and in your order receipt email. Most orders ship on or before the estimated date, but some may ship shortly after, depending on production and quality control.
• Once ready, your order will ship via FedEx 2Day® (U.S. addresses) or FedEx International Economy (2-5 days for international addresses) at no cost to you.
• For expedited delivery within the U.S., choose FedEx Priority Overnight® at an additional charge.
  NOTE: This does not affect the creation and processing time, which remains up to two (2) weeks. An email with the FedEx tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Shipping Policies:

• A signature is required for all deliveries.
• We ship only to physical home or business addresses, not P.O. Boxes.
• For security reasons, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed.
• Once an order is placed, packages cannot be re-directed to an alternate address.
• FedEx typically makes three (3) delivery attempts. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to Carat Creation, and we will contact you for further instructions.
• Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect or updated address information.

All international prices are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We cover the duties at no additional cost to you, and shipping is always free. We also offer free returns within 30 days.
